Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Desert Safari Experts website (dubaisafariexperts.com) and booking any of our services — including but not limited to buggy adventures, desert safaris, and other experiences — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms constitute an agreement between you and Desert Safari Experts. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Booking and Payment

Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability. Once you submit a booking request, we will confirm availability and send you a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (processed securely through our payment partners).
• Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers are accepted upon request.
• Cash on Arrival: For select bookings, payment can be made in cash (AED) at the start of your experience. Please confirm cash payment eligibility at the time of booking.
• Deposits: For certain packages, a deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance payable on arrival. This will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honored at the price paid.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please note that cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific activity or package booked. The following are standard terms; any variations will be communicated at the time of booking.

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled experience: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled experience: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience: No refund.
• No-shows: No refund.

Cancellation by Desert Safari Experts

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Age & Driving Requirements

Buggy drivers must meet the minimum age requirement specified for the selected vehicle or package. A driving licence is generally not required for off-road dune buggy experiences; however, participants must follow the guide's instructions and operator safety requirements. Age and eligibility requirements may vary by activity.

• Age: Drivers must be at least 18 years old (or as specified for the selected vehicle). Passengers must be at least 5 years old.
• Health: Participants must be in good physical health. Pregnant women, individuals with back/neck problems, or serious medical conditions are advised not to participate.
• Safety: All participants must wear the safety gear provided (helmet, goggles, gloves) at all times during the experience.
• Alcohol & Drugs: No alcohol or drugs are permitted before or during the experience. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone under the influence.

Liability and Assumption of Risk

Buggy adventures and desert safari activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and other hazards. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for your safety and well-being.

Desert Safari Experts acts solely as a booking intermediary. We do not operate or control the activities, which are delivered by licensed third-party tour operators. Accordingly, Desert Safari Experts and its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in activities delivered by third-party operators.

• You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the tour operator's guides and staff.
• You are responsible for any damage caused to the operator's equipment or vehicles due to reckless or negligent behavior.
• We strongly recommend that you have adequate travel and medical insurance for your trip.

Photography and Media Consent

We may take photographs and videos during your experience for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials.

• By participating in the experience, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our staff in writing before the start of your experience.
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in group photographs or video footage.

Website Use

By using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
• Not use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of the website.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to our website at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms.

Privacy and Data Protection

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
